O you who believe, be GOD's supporters, like the disciples of Jesus, son of Mary. When he said to them, "Who are my supporters towards GOD," they said, "We are GOD's supporters." Thus, a group from the Children of Israel believed, and another group disbelieved. We helped those who believed against their enemy, until they won.

Ey inanca çağırılanlar! Allah'ın yardımcıları olun! Meryem Oğlu İsa, havarilerine sormuştu: "Allah'ın yolunda, kim benim yardımcılarım olacak?" Havariler, şöyle dediler: "Allah'ın yardımcıları biziz!" Böylece, İsrailoğullarından bir kesim inandı, bir kesim de nankörlük etti. Bunun üzerine, düşmanlarına karşı inananları destekledik; sonunda üstün geldiler.

Ey inanıp güvenenler! Allah için yardım eden kişiler olun. Nitekim Meryem oğlu İsa Havarilere: "Allah'a giden yolda bana kimler yardım eder?" dediğinde Havariler: "Biz, Allah için yardım ederiz." demişlerdi. Böylece İsrail oğullarının bir bölümü inanıp güvenmiş, bir bölümü de görmezlikten gelmişti. Biz de inanıp güvenenleri düşmanlarına karşı güçlendirdik; sonunda onlara üstün geldiler.
