Not equal are those who stayed behind from the believers; except those disabled; with those who strived in the cause of God with their money and lives. God has preferred those who strive with their money and lives over those who stayed behind by a grade; and to both God has promised goodness; and God has preferred those who strived over those who stayed behind by a great reward.

Özürleri olmadan evlerinde oturan inananlarla, Allah'ın yolunda mallarıyla ve canlarıyla çaba gösterenler aynı değildir. Allah, mallarıyla ve canlarıyla çaba gösterenleri, oturanlardan, değişik konumlarla üstün yapmıştır. Allah, güzel olanı, tümüne söz vermiştir. Ama Allah, çaba gösterenleri, oturanlardan, büyük bir ödülle üstün yapmıştır.

İnanıp güvenenlerden bir özürü olmadan oturup duranlarla, malları ve canları ile Allah yolunda bütün güçleriyle mücadele edenler bir olmaz. Allah, malları ve canları ile mücadele edenlerin derecesini oturanlardan üstün kılmıştır. Gerçi Allah hepsine de cenneti söz vermiştir[1] ama Allah, mücadele edenleri büyük bir ödülle oturanlara üstün kılacaktır[2].

Geçerli özre sahip olmaksızın yerlerinde oturanlar ile mallarıyla canlarıyla ALLAH yolunda savaşım verenler bir olmaz. ALLAH mallarıyla, canlarıyla savaşım verenleri derece bakımından oturanlardan üstün kıldı. ALLAH hepsine güzellikler söz veriyor. Bununla birlikte, ALLAH savaşım verenleri oturanlar üzerine daha büyük bir ödülle üstün kıldı;[1]
