Ey Ehlikitap! Resulümüz size geldi. Kitap'tan saklamış olduklarınızın çoğunu size ayan-beyan açıklıyor; çoğundan da geçiyor. Şu bir gerçek ki, size Allah'tan bir ışık ve apaçık bir Kitap gelmiştir.

Ey önceki vahyin mensupları (olan Yahudiler)! Kitaptan gizlediğiniz bir çok hakikati size açıklamak ve (zaten bilinen) bir kısmından da geçmek üzere elçimiz gelmiştir. Artık size Allah'tan bir ışık ve net bir mesaj ulaşmıştır.

O people of the scripture, our messenger has come to you to proclaim for you many things you have concealed in the scripture, and to pardon many other transgressions you have committed. A beacon has come to you from GOD, and a profound scripture.

O people of the Book, Our messenger has come to you to clarify for you much of what you were hiding from the Book, and to pardon over much. A light has come to you from God and a clarifying Book.
