Mealler

Eğer kendisine dokunan bir zorluktan/zarardan sonra bizden bir rahmet tattırsak, yemin olsun şöyle diyecektir: "Bu benim hakkım! Kıyametin kopacağını da sanmıyorum. Rabbime döndürülmüş olsam da şüphesiz, O'nun katında benim için şaşmaz güzellikler vardır." Yemin olsun, biz o nankörlük edenlere, yapıp ettiklerini haber vereceğiz. Yemin olsun, o çetin azabı onlara tattıracağız.

Ama uğradığı bu musibetin ardından eğer katımızdan bir rahmet tattıracak olsak, tutar der ki: "Bu zaten benim hakkımdı; hem Son Saat'in kopacağını da sanmam ya! Bir ihtimal Rabbime döndürülürsem, beni O'nun katında maluk güzelliklerin beklediğinden kesinlikle eminim." Sonuçta inkarda ısrar edenlere elbet yaptıklarını bir bir haber vereceğiz ve onları kesinlikle altında ezilecekleri bir azaba mahkum edeceğiz.

And when we bless him after suffering some adversity, he says, "This belongs to me. I do not believe that the Hour will ever come to pass. And even if I am returned to my Lord, I will find at Him good things for me." Surely, We will inform the rejecters of all they had done, and We will let them taste the severe retribution.
