Sana kadınların ay hali hakkında soruyorlar. De ki: "O sıkıntı verici bir rahatsızlıktır: Ay hali sırasında kadınları (rahat) bırakın ve onlar temizleninceye kadar (cinsel) ilişkiye girmeyin! Temizlendikleri zaman, Allah'ın size emrettiği gibi yaklaşın!" Hiç kuşkusuz Allah özden tevbe edenleri sever, özden teminlenenleri de sever.

They ask you about menstruation: say, "It is harmful; you shall avoid sexual intercourse with the women during menstruation; do not approach them until they are rid of it. Once they are rid of it, you may have intercourse with them in the manner designed by GOD. GOD loves the repenters, and He loves those who are clean."

When they are cleansed, then you may approach them as God has commanded you." God loves the repenters and He loves the cleansed.
