Allah'ın izni olmadıkça hiçbir kişi ölmez. Vakti belirlenmiş bir yazıdır o. Dünya çıkarını gözetene ondan veririz; ahiret yararını gözetene de ondan veririz. Şükredenleri ödüllendireceğiz biz.

Hiç kimse, Allah'ın izniyle ilahi yasa ile kararlaştırılmış vade dışında ölmez. Ve kim bu dünyanın nimetlerini isterse kendisine ondan veririz, kim de ahiretin nimetlerini isterse ona da ondan veririz; ve Biz, şükredenleri ödüllendiririz.

No one dies except by GOD's leave, at a predetermined time. Whoever seeks the vanities of this world, we give him therefrom, and whoever seeks the rewards of the Hereafter, we bless him therein. We reward those who are appreciative.

It is not permitted for a soul to die except by the permission of God in an appointed record. And whoever wants the reward of this world We give him of it, and whoever wants the reward of the Hereafter, We give him of it. And We will reward the thankful.
