Size bir yara değiyorsa, o topluma da benzeri bir yara mutlaka değmiştir. Bak işte günler! Biz onları insanlar arasında dolandırır dururuz. Allah bu sayede iman edenleri bilecek, sizden tanıklar/şehitler edinecektir. Allah zulme sapanları sevmez.

Eğer size bir zarar dokunduysa, elbet benzer bir zarar (başka) insanlara da dokundu. Zira o (iyi ve kötü) dönemleri biz insanlar arasında döndürür dururuz ki, Allah iman eden kimseleri seçip ayırsın ve sizden hakikate şahit olanları tesbit etsin; çünkü Allah zalimleri sevmez;
