(Meryem) "Rabbim!" dedi, "bana hiç bir insan dokunmadığı halde benim nasıl çocuğum olabilir?" (Melek) dedi ki: "İşte böyledir Allah; dilediğini yapar! Bir işi dilediği zaman ona sadece "Ol!" der, o da hemen oluş sürecine girer.

She said: "My Lord, how can I have a son when no human being has been with me?" He said: "It is thus that God creates what He wills, when He decrees a command, He merely says to it 'Be,' and it is."

She said, "My Lord, how can I have a son when no human has touched me?" He said, "It is thus that God creates what He wills, when He decrees a command, He merely says to it 'Be,' and it becomes."

"Efendim! Benim, nasıl bir çocuğum olabilir?" dedi; "Hiçbir insanoğlunun eli bana değmedi!" Dedi ki: "Öyledir; Allah, dilediğini yaratır. Bir şeyi dilediğinde, ona, yalnızca ‘Ol!' der; hemen olur!"
