Peygamber'in hanımlarına; babaları, oğulları, kardeşleri, kardeşlerinin oğulları, kızkardeşlerinin oğulları, hizmetindeki kadınlar ve anlaşmalarıyla sahip olduklarından ötürü hiçbir günah yoktur. Allah'tan korkun, ey Peygamber hanımları! Kuşkusuz, Allah herşeye tanıklık etmektedir.

(Ne ki) onların babaları, oğulları, kardeşleri, erkek kardeşlerinin oğulları, kız kardeşlerinin oğulları, kendi cinslerinden olan kadınlar ve sağ elleri altında bulunanlar konusunda bir mahzur yoktur. Ama (Ey Peygamber hanımları), siz hep Allah'a karşı sorumluluk bilinciyle hareket edin: çünkü Allah her bir şeye şahittir.

The women may relax (their dress code) around their fathers, their sons, their brothers, the sons of their brothers, the sons of their sisters, the other women, and their (female) servants. They shall reverence GOD. GOD witnesses all things.
